Sprawling document of the 70s porn industry. With that premise you might expect a cheap, tawdry account, but you’d be wrong. Character driven drama is an engrossing story about family. The way director P.T. Anderson juggles multiple storylines is masterful.

P.T. Anderson amazes me too. His films might be a bit long, but they’re incredible, engrossing stories, always filled with great performances from his cast.
Yeah the cast was amazing. It reminded me of American Graffiti in the way the (much more adult) story unfolded.
