Atrocious, mean spirited slasher film exists simply to showcase one grisly death after another. Weak plot concerns a psychopathic miner who apparently returns to wreck havoc on the citizens of the town of Harmony exactly 10 years after his original killing spree. Gratuitous violence and gore does not equal scary. In fact, the most horrifying thing about the film is the acting. Without the 3D effects, there is NOTHING to recommend about this film.
